432 Platform Terms & Conditions
Please read this document carefully before using 432. By registering or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 432 ("Platform", "we"). By accessing, registering, or using any services provided by 432, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all Terms stated herein.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the 432 platform. Continued use after any amendments constitutes acceptance of those changes.
This platform is only available to individuals who are 18 years and above. By using 432, you confirm that you meet the age requirements and are located in a jurisdiction where this platform’s use is permitted by local law.
Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
To fully use 432 services, you must register an account by providing truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. Each user is allowed one (1) account only. Multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in termination of all related accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.
Account Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and all activity under your account. 432 accepts no liability for losses resulting from third-party use of your account due to your negligence. If you suspect unauthorized access, please contact customer support immediately at [email protected].
You agree not to share your login credentials with others or allow third parties to access or use your account on your behalf.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a 432 platform user, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any other method to gain unauthorized access to or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to exploit, hack, or disrupt the platform's security systems.
- Providing false personal information or impersonating others during registration or platform use.
- Involvement in any form of fraud, money laundering, or activities that violate Malaysian laws.
- Using another person’s account or allowing others to use your account.
- Distributing defamatory, threatening, obscene content or materials infringing third-party rights through any communication features on the platform.
432 reserves the right to take immediate action, including suspension or termination of accounts if any violations above are detected or suspected.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
Currency & Deposits
All transactions on the 432 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum deposits and withdrawal limits are listed in your account "Wallet" section and may change periodically. Successful deposits will be credited within the timeframe specified, depending on your chosen payment method.
Fund Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe specified by the platform, depending on the chosen withdrawal method and account verification status. 432 reserves the right to delay withdrawals requiring further review for security or compliance reasons. Any attempt to withdraw funds to a bank account or eWallet not owned by you is prohibited.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses and promotions offered by 432 are subject to specific terms detailed at the time they are presented. Abuse of bonuses, including multiple registrations to gain promotional benefits, may result in cancellation of bonuses and account termination without prior notice.
Liability Limits, Accounts & Intellectual Property
Liability Limits
432 will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use this platform, including financial losses due to service interruptions, technical errors, or temporary unavailability. The platform is provided "as is" without any guarantees of continuous availability.
Account Suspension & Termination Policy
432 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time for valid reasons, including breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, prolonged inactivity, or at the request of authorities. In suspension cases, any valid balance will be returned after investigation is complete, subject to internal policies and applicable laws.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, brand names, software, and other materials on the 432 platform are exclusive property of 432 and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or commercially use any content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links & Terms Changes
The 432 platform may contain links to third-party websites for reference. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those sites. Users access third-party links at their own risk. 432 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the platform. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the amended Terms. These Terms are governed by Malaysian law and any disputes fall under Malaysian court jurisdiction.
